A clear way to visualise trends, patterns, and cumulative changes over time using lines and stacked areas.
📊 Line Charts
Line charts are best suited for showing trends over time or continuous data points. They help highlight patterns, fluctuations, and relationships across one or more series. In our platform, line chart variants also support stacked views, making them useful for visualising contributions over time or percentage breakdowns.
Below are the line chart types available in the platform, along with guidance on when to use each one:
🔹 Line
A basic line chart that connects values across categories. Useful for showing trends, comparisons, or fluctuations in one or more data series.
🔹 Line Stacked
Displays filled lines stacked on top of each other, similar to a stacked area chart. Ideal for visualising cumulative totals and how each series contributes to the whole.
🔹 Line Stacked Percentage
A 100% stacked area chart where each series shows its relative percentage at each point. Best for highlighting how proportions shift across categories.
