What are Dashboard Forms?
Dashboard creators and editors have the ability to integrate forms directly into Dashboards, allowing them to gather feedback and input from Dashboard consumers. Additionally, they can export form submissions in a format that can be easily ingested, enabling analysis and the generation of valuable insights.
How to enable Dashboard Forms
Please be aware that only Dashboard owners have the capability to enable Dashboard Forms.

When you click "Edit" for the first time, a popup modal will appear

Please review the Terms of Service and click "Accept" to enable Dashboard Forms.

If you opt not to activate Dashboard Forms initially, you can still enable it by selecting "Enable Form Submissions" from the Dashboard Actions dropdown menu.
How to embed forms into Dashboards

Click "Edit" on the Dashboard.

Choose the "Content" tab from the right panel.

Drag the "Form" element to your desired location on the Dashboard.

Click on the form to reveal its options on the right panel.

Add additional fields by selecting "Add New Field".

Customise the appearance of the form with various available options.

You have the flexibility to embed multiple forms within a single Dashboard.
Where are the forms submitted to?
By default, the forms will be sent to Seer Data. Nonetheless, we provide the option for a custom method, allowing you to specify your preferred URL. It's essential to consult with your engineering team before proceeding with this customisation.
How to download form submissions?

Click on "Download Form Submissions" from the Dashboard Actions dropdown menu.

You can see the number of submissions for each forms embed into the Dashboard.

Select "Download CSV files" to initiate the download process. Each form's submissions will be downloaded individually.
