How do I share my Dashboard?

You can share a Dashboard with organisations, individual members, or anyone via a public link. Dashboard sharing is managed directly from the Dashboard page.

Where to find the Dashboard sharing options

From your Dashboard page, you can open sharing in either of the following ways:

  • Click Share Dashboard, or

  • Open the Actions dropdown and select Manage Access

Both options open the Dashboard sharing modal.

Sharing a Dashboard with organisations or members

To give access to people within the platform:

  1. Open the Manage Access modal.

  2. Select:

    • The Organisations tab to grant access to an organisation, or

    • The Members tab to grant access to specific individuals.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Use the searchable dropdown to select the organisation or member.

  5. Choose an access level:

    • Read only — can view the Dashboard

    • Full access — can view and edit the Dashboard
  6. Click Add to save the access.

Optional setting for read-only users

  • You can toggle whether read-only users are allowed to duplicate the Dashboard, depending on your preference.

Creating a public link to share with anyone

To share a Dashboard publicly:

  1. Next to Anyone with the link, open the dropdown.

  2. Select Can view.

  3. Copy the generated public link.

  4. Share the link with your audience using any channel you choose.

This allows anyone with the link to view the Dashboard without needing a platform account.

Creating an HTML embed code for another website

You can also embed a Dashboard into an external website.

To create an embed code:

  1. Next to Anyone with the link, ensure the dropdown is set to Can view.
  2. Click </> HTML Embed Code.

  3. Copy the HTML embed code.

  4. Paste it into your website’s HTML editor.

This will display a live version of the Dashboard on your website or intranet.

Why this matters

Flexible sharing options make it easy to collaborate internally, publish Dashboards publicly, or embed live data into existing digital spaces while maintaining clear control over access and permissions.
