Dashboard sharing works much like Suitcase sharing except you can set separate access levels at organisation and member level.
To share your Dashboard, go to the Dashboard page and follow the steps for the sharing method you wish to use.
Providing a Seer Platform organisation or member with access:
- Click on the Actions dropdown and then Manage Access.
- Select the Members tab to add member access or Organisations tab to add organisation access then click on the Add
- Select the organisation or member using the searchable dropdown list.
- Pick between Full Access and Read Only.
- Click Add to save the access.
Creating a public link to share with anyone:
- Do either of the following:
- Click on the Share button
- Click on the Actions dropdown and then Manage Access.
- To the right of the text “Anyone with the link”; open the dropdown and select the option Can View.
- Copy the public link and share it with your audience by any means you wish.
Creating a HTML Embed Code to embed on another website:
- Do either of the following:
- Click on the Share button
- Click on the Actions dropdown and then Manage Access.
- To the right of the text “Anyone with the link”; open the dropdown and select the option Can View.
- Copy the HTML Embed Code and paste it into your websites HTML editor.
