How do I find out what data is available to me on Seer?

This article describes our Data Catalog feature that provides platform users a personalised view of what datasets and variables are available to them on Seer

The Data Catalog feature is available to all users, you can view it here. In this article, we'll explain its navigation so you can maximise your use of this feature.

What is the Data Catalog?

The Data Catalog is a personalised repository of all datasets that are available to your organisation on the platform. The tool can be toggled by two views:

  1. Variables Grouped by Datasets
  2. Datasets Grouped by Variables

Variables Grouped by Datasets

In this view, each dataset available to you on Seer is titled. Under each title, variables are clustered into as many as 4 variable groupings. These include:

  • Topics
  • Locations
  • Durations
  • Measured Quantities
