How do I log in?

Logging in is quick and secure. By default, the Seer Data Platform uses a temporary login code sent to your email. Some organisations may also choose to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA), which includes using a password and an additional security step.

Standard login (temporary login code)

If your organisation does not use MFA, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Seer Platform Log In page.

  2. The Log in page will open.

    • Enter the email address you used to register with Seer.

  3. A temporary login code will be emailed to you.

    • If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder.

  4. When the Login code field appears, enter the code from your email or click the Click here to log in button.

  5. Click Log in to access the platform.

Logging in with MFA enabled

If your organisation has enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA):

  • You will be required to log in using a password

  • You will also complete an additional verification step

MFA settings are managed at the organisation level. If MFA is enabled for your organisation, you’ll be guided through the required steps during login.

To learn more about enabling or using MFA, see the dedicated article on Multi-Factor Authentication.

Helpful tips

  • Add no-reply@seerplatform.com to your contacts to ensure login emails arrive reliably.

  • After logging in, consider bookmarking the platform so you can return easily next time.

Why this matters

Flexible login options allow organisations to balance ease of access with stronger security where needed. Whether using email-based login or MFA, Seer is designed to keep access secure without unnecessary friction.
