In this tutorial we'll show you how to update your Settings on the Seer platform. By the end of this tutorial, you will learn:

Before we start
You will be provided with a 5 step in-platform guide when you first log in to Seer. These steps will end on the Pre-packed Suitcase area of the platform that we will explain in Tutorial 2. We'll now go through the steps to update your Settings.
Step 1: How to upload a profile image
In the top right of the platform go to "Settings". Under "Profile" select the "Upload Photo" button. Select an image from your device. Move accordingly to your liking. Select "Save" once happy. You can also select "Cancel" and start the process again if needed. You can come back to this section at any time to change your profile image.
Step 2: How to update your contact details
Scroll down below the profile image section in the same tab. You will be able to update your "Name", "Email" and/or "Phone" in this section. These are free text fields. Simply press the "Save" button to change.
Step 3: How to sign out
You can sign out easily at the bottom of this tab. When you next log in you will receive a new verification code. That code will be sent by email. Save firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact in your email so it doesn't go to your Junk, Spam or Promotions folder, or check in those locations if you haven't received the email directly to your inbox.
Step 4: How to invite colleagues to your organisation (up to 5 including yourself)
You can add 5 colleagues to your organisations profile with your Seer Standard account. To add colleagues go to the "Members" tab under "Settings". Enter your colleague's email address and enter the "Invite" button. Either continue adding additional colleagues or simply click "Save". Your user role will be the "Owner" of the account, and your colleagues will be "Members". Contact Seer Support to adjust your user roles.
Step 5: How to change your organisation type
We'll now go to the "Organisation" tab in your "Settings". As the owner of the account your changes to the "Organisation" tab will apply to all members you have invited. Your "Organisation Name" and defaults to what you provided when you initially signed up. "Organisation Name" can only be changed by contacting Seer Support. Adding "Organisation Type" will help us know what Insights you may be interested in. Select the most appropriate match to change your "Organisation Type" from the drop-down menu.
Step 6: How to upload your company logo
To the right you'll see the "Organisation Logo" section. Select the "Upload Logo" button and select your logo from your device. Adjust to suit and "Save". "Cancel" and repeat to select a different image.
Step 7: How to add your brand colours for later use in charts
Scroll to the bottom of the "Organisation" tab and you will see the "Colour Palettes" section. You can add your own brand colours in this section to apply to your charts later. The palette will be available to all invited members of your organisation. Select the "Create Colour Palette" button (make sure you have your brand hex or RGB colour codes handy). "New Colour Palette" will appear at the top of the Seer palettes available by default. Click on that field to rename to your liking. Select the "+" icon to add your hex, RGB or HSL colour codes. You can delete a colour by selecting the "x" at the top right of your newly added colour circle. We recommend adding at least six colours where possible.
Step 8: How to find more information on Seer Plans
Finally, if you wish to learn more about Seer Plans and Add-ons scroll up above "Colour Palettes". To learn more about Seer Plans select "here" in the sentence: Discover other Seer Plans and options here. Please note that any plan change or add-ons will appear in this section of your "Settings".
And, your Settings are all set! You can now go to "Tutorial 2: Pre-packed Suitcases Duplicate, Edit and Share Insights" here and continue your "Getting Started on Seer" journey.
